Novel P4-N27 patented configuration feather vane type separators proprietary internals have been fixed in the pointed sites of alkali washing tower and chimney 2in1 as per dynamic principles, in order to remove the droplets with fine particles from the washed off gas with high performance separation efficiency and high block-proofing characteristics, which can help project owners avoid the excess emissions of rain droplets, salts, particles and Sulphur element entrained in off gas and condensates.
