1)Combined Guide Float Valve Trays

组合导向浮阀塔板

 

Combined guide float valve trays are fixed with rectangular guide float valve, trapezoidal guide float valve and corrugated guide float valve, with according to a certain proportion of the combination, which are the best floating valve trays in the domestic currently. The efficiency of combined guide float valve trays have the following advantages as lower mists entrainment, lower leakage, 20-30% lower pressure drop, 15-20% higher performance efficiency, 30% higher processing capacity, with comparision with those of the existing tower trays.

组合导向浮阀塔板,由矩形导向浮阀、梯形导向浮阀和波纹导向浮阀,按一定的比例组合而成,为目前国内最佳浮阀型塔板。组合导向浮阀塔板与普通型浮阀塔板效率相比,雾沫夹带、泄漏有了较大幅度的降低,塔板效率可提高15-20%;处理能力可提高30%以上,塔板压降减小20-30%

 

 Combined guide float valve trays have been applied to replace F1 type float valve trays, strip type float valve trays, bubble cap type trays and sieve trays and satisfactory results were obtained in more than 500 sets of atmospheric distillation towers, gas separation units, catalytic cracking unit, and hydrogenization units, acetaldehyde units, ethylene glycol units, butadiene units, acetic acid plants, methanol distillation columns, caprolactam units and list goes on.

组合导向浮阀塔板在国内炼厂常压塔、气分装置、催化装置、加氢装置、乙醛装置、乙二醇装置、丁二烯装置、醋酸装置、甲醇精馏塔、己内酰胺等500多个塔器中分别取代了F1型浮阀塔板、条型浮阀塔板、泡罩塔板、筛板塔板等,均获得满意效果。

 

 

2)Bi-Intalox Saddles Packings

双矩鞍环填料 

 

Bi-intalox saddles packings have the following advantages as to increase the surface renewal process in mass transfer of vapor-liquid and liquid-liquid, to increase cross-sectional area between two phases, improve flow performance, reduce the liquid holding quantity, reduce the probabilities of wax collection and block, increase two-phase flow immunity, reduce the mass transfer resistance, enhance the mass transfer rate and improve the mechanical strength of the packings, with cancelling the flanging structures in CMR and IMTP.

双矩鞍环填料,由于取消CMRIMTP的翻边结构而加速了汽液或液液的 传质表面更新过程,增大两相流通截面积,改善流动性能,降低了液体的持液量,减少了液体聚焦和堵塞填料的机率,增加两相的流动扰度,减小传质阻力,提高传质速率,同时提高填料的机械强度。

 

 

3)Flat Ring Packings

扁环填料

 

The flat ring packing is divided into nine cells, which can further improve the surface area, mechanical strength and mass transfer efficiency, and reduce the pressure drop. The internal structure of this delicate can cut a continuous phase fluid, restrain the non-ideal flow. When the diameter is same, unit volume of the flat ring packing surface area ratio is higher than that of cascade ring packing and Pall ring packings which introduced from overseas. When the two phases flow through the packing layer, the resistance drop is lower, and the axial mixing is smaller, which can help to improve the operating capacity and mass transfer efficiency.

将扁环分割成九个小区,进一步提高了填料的比表面积、机械强度和传质效率,并有效的降低填料的压降。 这种精巧的内部结构也可更好地切割连续相流体,抑止非理想流动。当直径相同时,填料的单位体积的比表面面积高于阶梯环和鲍尔环等国外引进的填料。两相逆流通过填料层时阻力降较低,轴向混合较小,有助于进一步提高填料的处理能力和传质效率。

 

 

4)Double Directional Metal Folding Corrugated Packing

 双向金属折峰式波纹填料

 

Double directional metal folding corruged packing is of a new type of structured packing, which is developed on the based of combination with regular packing and Intalox bulk packing. The optimization of the packing in the structure can improve the flow paths, the mass transfer efficiency and the opening yield, and lower the performance pressure drop, increase the specific surface area, the anti clogging ability, the packing rigidity and so on, which better than Mellapak. 

该填料是在普通波纹板规整填料与Intalox散堆填料的优良组合基础上开发出的一种综合性能优良的新型规整填料。填料在结构上的优化使气液流路得到优化,传质效率提高,开孔率提高,压降更低,比表面积提高,理论板数有所增加,抗堵塞能力、填料刚度等方面均优于Mellapak填料。

 

5)Double Blades Inlet Distributor

双列叶片式进气分布器

 

For the larger diameter of the tower, double blades inlet distributor is a kind of excellent performance of initial gas distributor. The distributor can make the inlet gas flowing more evenly and uniformly, which can improve the better performance efficiency and sharply reduce the space height for gas to achieve uniform distribution. The use of the above technology can help reaching a strong guarantee for the process.

对于直径较大的塔来说,双列叶片式进气分布器是一种性能比较优良的进气初始分布器。采用此分布器后,使进入塔内的气体上返后更加均匀,这对于大直径的塔器可以更好地发挥填料及塔板的效率,同时气体达到均匀分布的空间高度也大大降低。以上技术手段的运用,对工艺目标的达成起到了强有力的保障作用。

 

6)Shielded Blades Liquid Collectors

遮板式液体收集器

 

Shielded blades liquid collectors can make gas distribution and liquid distribution more even and uniform in the packing bed layers particularly in large columns. The collectors’ characteristics are shown as low pressure drop, gas uniform distribution, small mists entrainment, good re-distribution and small space requirement.

遮板式液体收集器能使填料床层间的气体分布更为均匀、液体混合均匀,尤其适用于大型塔器。其特点为压力降小,气体分布均匀,雾沫夹带量小,且对气相起到良好的再分布作用,安装空间要求小。

 

 

7)Packing Ring with a Ladder Beam

带云梯梁的填料压圈

 

Packing rings with ladder beams are installed at the upper end of the packing section, to play a role in the compression packing, in which ladder beams can meet the pressure ring integral smoothness and support the liquid distributors which can take up smaller installation space. The packing rings is adopted of transparent grid structure, to avoid the end effects of packings and influence of gas-liquid mass transfer.

带云梯梁的填料压圈用在填料段上端,起到压紧填料的作用。设置云梯梁可以保证压圈的整体平整度,同时还作为液体分布器的支撑梁,这种结构占位空间低。压圈采用通透式栅板结构,能够避免填料的端效应,不会影响填料的气液传质。

 

 

8)Guide Sieve Trays

导向筛板

 

Guide sieve trays, also known as Linde Sieve Trays, are suitable for chemical production process transformation requirements of high load, low pressure drop, high operating flexibility and efficiency of the tower plate. The trays have the following advantages as small liquid surface gradient, the bubble uniform, low the back mixing, low pressure drop, low mist entrainment, good the mass transfer effect and high efficiency. Particularly the trays have been designed for operating conditions with high viscosity and dusts.

导向筛板又称为林德筛板(Linde Sieve Tray),适合化工生产过程改造的要求:大负荷、低压降、高的操作弹性和塔板效率。其具有液面梯度小,鼓泡均匀,减少返混,降低塔板压降,抑制雾沫夹带,传质效果好,板效率高等特点。对脏和高粘度的工况更加适用,优势更明显。
